firefly-pendant-round-rug-the-last-of-us-chair-mat
Firefly Pendant Round Rug - The Last of Us Chair Mat

A bronze Firefly pendant hangs at the center of this The Last of Us round rug, its amber glow burning against a deep forest-green field. Ivy, ferns, drifting fireflies and crumbling skyline ruins spread outward in rings, and every ring is laid out for the circle so nothing gets lost at the edge.

Circles change how a floor feels. Tucked under a desk, the round shape works as a chair mat that keeps the medallion in view while casters glide across it. Next to a bed or in front of an armchair, it softens the hard corners of a square room.

The Design: Overgrown Firefly Medallion

This one reads like an engraved storybook plate. The pendant carries a winged insect with a glowing amber body, hung from a fine chain over a dark green disc, and a wreath of ivy with tiny lit fireflies circles it like a quiet halo. Past the wreath, four arched windows show ruined towers swallowed by moss, with purple wildflowers pushing through cracked stone between them. Backpacks and brass compasses sit at the diagonals, the small kit of someone traveling a long way on foot.

The palette stays disciplined: moss and olive greens, parchment cream, antique gold linework and one warm amber glow that pulls your eye to the center. A border of ferns, violets and fireflies closes the circle. Fans of the series will spot the symbolism at once, and you can browse more The Last of Us rugs if you want a second design for another room.

Firefly Pendant on the Floor

The surface is a soft plush low-pile that feels good under bare feet and stays flat instead of bunching. A non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors, so the rug stays put on wood, tile and laminate. The print is dye-sublimation, which sets the colors into the fibers rather than leaving them on top, so the greens and the amber glow keep their depth. It is machine washable, which makes muddy boots and pet hair an easy fix: gentle cold cycle, then air-dry.

It earns its place as a gaming room rug, anchoring a console corner or a shelf of collectibles. As a round area rug it also holds a bedroom or den together without the busy edges of a rectangle.

Sizes & Rug Level

Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5″) to 180 cm (70.9″): 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm. The 80 and 100 cm sizes suit a spot under a desk chair or beside a bed, and the smallest works as an accent rug by a doorway. Choose 120 or 140 cm for a reading nook or a console corner, where the pendant and the ring of ruins stay fully visible. At 160 and 180 cm the rug becomes the center of a seating area, with the Firefly sitting right under the coffee table.

Two levels are offered. Standart Level is solid everyday quality. Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing.

Quick Questions

Is it machine washable?

Yes. Use a gentle cold cycle and air-dry, and the dark greens and amber stay rich.

Does it slip on hard floors?

No. The rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate, so the medallion stays centered under a chair or beside a bed.

Can I put it over carpet?

Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet.
