chocobo-moogle-medallion-round-rug-final-fantasy-chair-mat
Chocobo Moogle Medallion Round Rug - Final Fantasy Chair Mat

This Final Fantasy round rug sets a Chocobo and a Moogle face to face at the center of a painted medallion, and the artwork is laid out for the circle from the middle to the very edge. The butter-yellow bird leans in with an open beak while the white Moogle waves back, its red pom-pom bobbing above. Rings of cream, dusty blue and coral pink spread outward from the pair.

A circle behaves differently from a rectangle on the floor. It softens a square room, tucks under a desk, and gives a reading nook or a bedside a gentle landing spot. Under a desk it works as a chair mat with a storybook view every time you push back. This piece has a calm, illustrated mood that suits a bedroom as much as a gaming setup.

The Design: Storybook Plate Painting

Look at it like a painted porcelain plate or a page from an illuminated storybook. A scalloped frame of flowering vines holds the two characters, with tiny gold stars, a pink heart and a few rosebuds scattered around them. Past that frame, a dusty blue ring carries small golden bells tied with pink bows, pale blue crystals, purple bat wings and little golden motifs, repeated in a steady rhythm around the circle. The outer border turns warmer, with a coral pink ground, red cherries, golden feathers and curling green vines. Gold outlines tie every ring together.

The brush work is soft and watercolor-like, and the ornamental border reads like heirloom pattern work rather than a game screenshot. If you want other looks from the series, you can browse more Final Fantasy rugs in the collection.

Chocobo Moogle on the Floor

Cut in a true circle, the rug keeps its border even all the way around. The surface is a soft plush low pile that feels gentle underfoot, and it lies flat over low-pile carpet. A non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors such as wood, tile and laminate. The rug is machine washable, so a gentle cold cycle and an air-dry keep it fresh. Colors come from a dye-sublimation print, which sets the pigments into the fibers instead of leaving them on top. As a round area rug this one earns a spot in a bedroom, a playroom or a living room corner.

Sizes & Rug Level

Six diameters are available: 80 cm (31.5″), 100 cm, 120 cm, 140 cm, 160 cm and 180 cm (70.9″). The 80 and 100 cm sizes fit under a desk chair or beside a bed, and they work as an accent rug by a dresser or a door. Go to 120 or 140 cm for a reading nook or a kids' corner where the medallion needs room to show. At 160 to 180 cm the rug becomes the center of a seating area, and the coral border frames the furniture around it.

Two quality levels are offered. Standart Level is solid everyday quality. Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing.

Quick Questions

Is it machine washable?

Yes. Use a gentle cold cycle and let it air-dry; the pale blues and pinks are printed into the fibers, so they are part of the fabric.

Does it slip on hard floors?

No. The rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate, which keeps the ornate border lying flat when you step near the edge.

Can I put it over carpet?

Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet. Thick shag is a different story, so a hard floor or a low pile shows the medallion best.

Which size should I choose?

Pick 100 cm for under a desk chair and 140 cm for a nook where you want the Chocobo and Moogle fully visible. Go to 160 cm or more when the rug anchors a seating area.

A Bedroom Statement

Fans of Chocobos and Moogles who prefer a gentle, decorative piece over a loud poster look.

Gamers who want a gaming room rug with a softer, storybook feel.

Desk setups that pair this circle with matching Final Fantasy mouse pads on the desktop.

Anyone furnishing a game room who wants to look through our wider gaming rug range first.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0945/8830/5694/files/chocobo-moogle-medallion-round-rug-final-fantasy-chair-mat-3.webp?v=1792864673
