eva-13-ivory-playmat-evangelion-mtg-mat
EVA-13 Ivory Playmat - Evangelion MTG Mat

Evangelion Unit-13 rises from the center of this EVA-13 MTG playmat, three dark horns crowning its pale helmet and four teal eyes staring out. Ivory armor with gold trim wraps its shoulders and chest. An aged parchment schematic spreads behind it, with spec panels marked as a SEELE project.

Cream, bone white and soft grey make this the lightest design in our Evangelion line, with gold leaf picking out the vents and trim. Light backgrounds feel open and calm on a table, and dark sleeves stand out sharply against them. The cluster of four eyes, high in the center, draws the eye before anything else.

The Art: Ivory and Gold Leaf

Faded tea-colored washes give the background the look of an old blueprint pulled from a vault. Fine ink linework covers every armor seam, and real-looking gold leaf patches sit on the chest and shoulder vents. Side panels sketch the entry plug, maintenance hatch and S-type equipment in neat, technical strokes. Fans of Thrice Upon a Time will recognize the unit at a glance, and the pale palette gives it a quiet, eerie feel.

EVA-13 at the Table

Measuring 24 x 14 in (60 x 35 cm), standard tournament size, it suits FNM tables and kitchen tables alike. Cards move smoothly across the micro-fiber top and lift without snagging. Its non-slip rubber base holds steady when someone bumps the table. Thanks to dye-sublimation printing, the art lives in the fabric and won't crack or fade.

With Zones or Without Zones

Pick the MTG playmat with zones version for light guides marking library, graveyard, exile and the command zone, plus battlefield lanes for lands and creatures. It works as a commander playmat for EDH and suits 60-card formats too. Without zones, the art runs clean from edge to edge.

A Gift for Rebuild Film Fans

Evangelion fans who followed the Rebuild films through to the final one

White-black Orzhov and artifact players who want a pale mat

Anime fans who prefer subtle, elegant colorways

Collectors completing the Evangelion schematic set
