witness-pyramid-round-rug-destiny-2-chair-mat
Witness Pyramid Round Rug - Destiny 2 Chair Mat

A tall, pale figure rises from the middle of this Destiny 2 round rug, its hair erupting upward in a plume of smoke where faint faces drift and dissolve. The Witness stands robed in black beneath twin eclipses, flanked by the dark pyramid ships that carried the Darkness across the system, and every border, spiral and star in the outer rings is laid out for the circle rather than cropped from a rectangle. Nothing here is loud. It just stares.

Round shapes behave differently on the floor than rectangles do. Under a desk chair this one works as a chair mat that keeps casters rolling smoothly, and the symmetrical frame means the Witness faces you from any angle you approach. In a dim room with RGB lighting, the bone-white triangles catch the glow while the charcoal field recedes, so the piece looks like a sigil set into the floor.

The Design: Pyramid Fleet Sigil

Where other designs in the Destiny 2 rug lineup lean on the Light, this one belongs entirely to the other side. Black pyramids stack in the inner field and repeat around the border, alternating with starbursts and coiled spirals, while baroque scrollwork curls between them like smoke frozen mid-drift. The palette stays tight: ink black, ash gray, a bruised plum undertone and a cracked ivory that reads almost like old parchment. Crisp spikes of a dark halo frame the head. That restraint is what sets it apart, a monochrome, almost ritual composition for players who still talk about the Final Shape campaign.

The Witness on the Floor

The cut is a true circle, and the surface is a soft plush low pile that feels good under bare feet yet stays firm enough for a rolling chair. Underneath, a non-slip rubber backing grips hardwood, laminate and tile, so the rug stays put during a tense raid. Cleaning is simple: it is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle, then air-dry. A dye-sublimation print sets the colors into the fibers, keeping the fine lines of filigree sharp after washing. As a gaming room rug it anchors a desk setup without competing with the monitors.

Sizes & Rug Level

Six diameters run from 80 cm (31.5″) to 180 cm (70.9″). At 80 to 100 cm the Witness sits neatly under a desk chair or beside a bed, with the pyramid border still readable. Go 120 to 140 cm for a reading nook or a streaming corner where the full outer ring can breathe, and choose 160 to 180 cm if you want it as a round area rug at the center of a seating area. Two levels are offered: Standart gives solid everyday quality, while Premium adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing.

Quick Questions

Is it machine washable?

Yes. Wash it on a gentle cold cycle and let it air-dry; the dark ink tones and ivory lines hold up because the print lives in the fibers.

Does it slip on hard floors?

No, the rubber backing grips hard floors firmly. Chair wheels roll across the top without dragging it out of place.

Can I put it over carpet?

Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet. Thick shag is less suited to a rolling chair, so keep it to shorter carpet under a desk.

Which size should I choose?

Measure your chair's rolling zone first; most desk setups suit 100 or 120 cm. If you want the twin eclipses and full pyramid border visible in front of a sofa, step up to 160 cm or more.

A Den Statement

Guardians who stayed up for the Witness's last stand and want a reminder under their chair

A darker battlestation that already fits in with the wider range of gaming rugs

A bedroom with black-and-gray decor that needs a moody accent rug

A gift for a raid-team friend, paired with a matching Destiny 2 mouse pad for the desk above

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0945/8830/5694/files/witness-pyramid-round-rug-destiny-2-chair-mat-3_59032d78-b823-4ec9-b73c-0b351aed50c8.webp?v=1792864458
