Welcome to Padloom! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Padloom LLC. We operate this store and website, including all related content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience.
Padloom LLC is a U.S.-registered business based in Delaware, and we ship our products from our manufacturing facilities in Turkey. We are powered by Shopify Inc., which enables us to provide you with a secure and streamlined shopping experience.
The following Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to all users of the site. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. All orders are subject to acceptance. You may not cancel an order once it is in processing. Orders may be declined or canceled if we detect fraud, errors, or other concerns.

All prices are in USD. Prices exclude applicable taxes, import duties, and shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Customers in the EU may be subject to VAT and import charges upon delivery, depending on local regulations.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship globally, including to the United States and the European Union. Products are dispatched from Turkey. Delivery estimates range between 5–14 business days depending on destination.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs or carriers. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier handover.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services is owned by Padloom LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without written permission. “Padloom” and associated logos are our trademarks.
