My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!
We ship worldwide! Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-12 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your rug's journey.
In Detail
Product Description
Canute stands at the center of this Vinland Saga round rug, cloaked in crimson with both hands resting on the pommel of a long sword. Around him the artwork unfolds in rings of laurel, parchment panels, longships and a border of shields and horns, all laid out for the circle.
A circle gives a lone figure a natural halo. It softens the corners of a square room and gives a reading nook a clear focal point. Slide it under a desk and it works as a chair mat with far more personality than clear plastic. Because the king faces forward, the rug looks best where people first see it from the doorway.
The Design: Heraldic Green and Gold
This piece reads like an illuminated manuscript page pressed into a medallion. Deep forest green fills the outer border and the inner field, while antique gold carries the scrolling leaves, the twin laurel wreaths and the thin ring lines. Crimson appears in the cloak, the outer trim and four dragons set in cream panels at the diagonals. Two small gold crowns mark north and south, and a crescent moon sits on either side of the figure.
Look closer and the details speak of sea and rule: a striped-sail longship to the left and right, round shields with brass bosses, drinking horns and upright swords repeating around the rim. The aged, parchment-like texture sets it apart from the brighter character art elsewhere in the catalog. If the series is your thing, the rest of the Vinland Saga rugs is worth a look too.
Canute on the Floor
The round cut keeps the medallion intact from every angle. Underfoot you get a soft plush low-pile surface that feels good in bare feet. The non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors, so the circle stays put under a chair or beside a bed. Care is easy because the rug is machine washable. The dye-sublimation print sets the colors into the fibers, which keeps the greens and golds deep. As a gaming room rug it gives a desk setup some real medieval weight.
Sizes & Rug Level
Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5″) up to 180 cm (70.9″): 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm. Choose 80 to 100 cm under a desk chair or beside a bed, where the king fits as a tidy accent rug. Go 120 to 140 cm for a reading nook or a collector's corner. At 160 to 180 cm you get a round area rug that anchors a seating area, and the border of shields and horns has room to breathe.
Standart Level is solid everyday quality. Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing.
Quick Questions
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Use a gentle cold cycle and air-dry it, and the gold detailing stays crisp because the dyes sit inside the fibers.
Does it slip on hard floors?
No. The rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate, so the king stays planted like the sword in his hands.
Can I put it over carpet?
Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet. The dark green border also gives the circle a clean edge against the floor beneath it.
Which size should I choose?
Pick 100 cm for under a desk chair, 140 cm for a reading nook and 180 cm for the center of a seating area. The larger sizes show off the dragons and longships best.
