Two of its smooth round orbs catch the light, one at the throat and one near the tail. Stars and a slim gold crescent hang in the deep navy sky behind the cliffs.
The eye lands center first. Dragonair's pale belly and that calm red eye read bright against the darker lagoon, and the spiral currents pull your attention straight back to the middle of the table where your active card sits.
The Art: A Moonlit Lagoon
Watercolor washes do the heavy lifting here. The sea shifts from yellow-green shallows to deep cobalt, wet pigment bleeding softly at the edges, then thin gold lines trace the ripple rings and the crescent moon for a faint metallic shimmer. Cliffs and treetops sit loose and sketchy at the horizon. It is a quiet, dreamy take on a Dragon type rather than a roaring battle pose.
