My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!
We ship worldwide! Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-12 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your rug's journey.
In Detail
Product Description
This Akira round rug follows Kaneda on foot, seen from behind in his red jacket as he walks toward his parked bike beneath a neon-blue Neo-Tokyo skyline. The artwork is laid out for the circle, with the scene in a gold-framed center and the ornament spinning out around it like a carpet medallion.
A circle softens a square room. Under a desk chair it works as a chair mat with no corners to catch, and beside a bed it gives your feet a landing spot in navy and crimson.
The Design: Neo-Tokyo Carpet Medallion
The artist borrowed the look of an ornate Persian carpet and filled it with Akira icons. Four red capsule jackets mark the compass points, red bikes rest in oval cartouches on the diagonals, and helmets and gear fill the gaps between them. A border of capsules and gold star-flowers closes the circle. The palette stays tight: deep navy, crimson, antique gold and cold cyan. Quiet walk, loud colors. For Kaneda at full speed, see our other Akira rugs.
Kaneda on the Floor
Underfoot, the soft plush low-pile surface feels good, and the non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors. It is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle, then air-dried. The dye-sublimation print sets the color into the fibers, so the reds stay deep. In a gaming room it anchors the desk as a round area rug. The small sizes double as an accent rug.
Sizes & Rug Level
Six diameters run from 80 cm (31.5″) to 180 cm (70.9″). Choose 80–100 cm under a desk chair or beside a bed. Pick 120–140 cm for a reading nook or game corner. Go 160–180 cm to anchor a seating area and show the full border. Standart Level is solid everyday quality; Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing.
Quick Questions
Is it machine washable?
Yes, on a gentle cold cycle, then air-dry. The print is set into the fibers, so the jacket stays red.
Does it slip on hard floors?
No. The rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate, so Kaneda stays put under your chair.
Can I put it over carpet?
Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet.
Which size should I choose?
Take 100 cm for a desk, 140 cm for a game corner and 180 cm for a living room.
