My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!
We ship worldwide! Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-12 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your rug's journey.
In Detail
Product Description
A yellow RX-7 slides through a mountain bend at night, tire smoke curling off the rear wheel while a pale moon hangs over the ridge. This Initial D round rug sets that scene inside a scalloped medallion and lays the whole composition out for the circle, so the car, the road and the border all sit where they belong.
Round shapes behave differently from rectangles. They soften the corners of a bedroom or den and give the eye a single center to land on, which suits a design built around one hero shot. Slide it under a desk and it serves as a chair mat with a touge pass beneath your feet.
The Design: Touge Meets Filigree
The artwork borrows its layout from an old Persian carpet and fills it with racing. Cream ground, antique gold scrollwork, and a deep navy border checkered with black-and-white squares and little triangular rotor emblems. Around the center, roundels hold steering wheels, rear wings and S-curved mountain roads, while checkered flags and lightning bolts fill the gaps between them. Gray smoke scrolls echo the tire smoke pouring off the car.
Color keeps it simple: a butter-yellow car against slate green and charcoal night, wrapped in gold and ivory. That contrast pulls your eye to the RX-7 first. Fans who want more of the series can browse more Initial D rugs in the shop, each with its own scene.
RX-7 on the Floor
The surface is a soft plush low-pile that feels good under bare feet. Underneath, a non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors, so the rug stays put when you shift a chair or walk across the edge. It is machine washable, which matters for a rug that lives where snacks and sneakers go. The print is dye-sublimation, meaning the colors are set into the fibers instead of sitting on top. As a gaming room rug it gives a racing-sim cockpit or a console corner a proper anchor.
Sizes & Rug Level
Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5″) to 180 cm (70.9″). The 80 and 100 cm sizes fit under a desk chair or beside a bed, and they work as an accent rug next to a shelf of die-cast models. Step up to 120 or 140 cm for a reading nook or a gaming corner, where the medallion can sit fully in view. At 160 and 180 cm the piece becomes a round area rug that anchors a seating area, with the drifting RX-7 as the center of attention.
Two rug levels are offered. Standart Level is solid everyday quality for daily use. Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing for busier spots.
Quick Questions
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Run it on a gentle cold cycle and air-dry it; the dye-sublimation colors are part of the fiber, so the gold scrollwork and the yellow bodywork are not a surface layer.
Does it slip on hard floors?
No. The rubber backing grips hardwood, tile and laminate, so the rug stays in place under a desk chair as you shift your weight.
Can I put it over carpet?
Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet. Go for 140 cm or larger there, so the medallion is not lost in the surrounding pile.
Which size should I choose?
Match it to the spot. Pick 80 or 100 cm for a desk or bedside, 120 to 140 cm for a gaming corner, and 160 to 180 cm when the rug should anchor the room and show the full drift scene.
