Every Universal Century fan knows this silhouette. Arm raised, rifle discharging straight into the void, the final act at A Baoa Qu, and this RX-78-2 Gundam Card Game playmat renders the Last Shooting in rose pink and storm gray watercolor. Petals and thorned stems curl through the lower corners. Warships drift overhead in the wash, pale as ghosts, while pink lightning veins the suit's white armor.
Table-side, the vertical beam becomes a natural centerline. Your two halves of the board sit either side of the light column, and the darker outer washes keep sleeves and tokens easy to spot at a glance.
The Art: One Beam, Straight Up
Rose imagery does quiet thematic work here, a bloom and thorns in the left wash, loose petals scattering across the fortress debris, the pink of the beam echoed in the suit's glowing eyes. Gold-leaf ribbons spiral around the firing arm as if the shot tore them loose. The headless-shoulder of the original scene is softened, the suit intact but battle-worn, so the piece honors the moment without playing the tragedy fully straight.
