My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!
We ship worldwide! Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-12 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your rug's journey.
In Detail
Product Description
Gold acanthus scrollwork unfurls across a solid black field in this Hypebeast round rug, with a Medusa head held at the center inside its own Greek key ring. The artwork is laid out for the circle: four-way symmetry, scallop shells at the compass points and a second Greek key band running the full rim.
A circle suits symmetry like this. It softens the corners of a square room and gives an armchair corner a dark, weighty anchor. Slide it under a desk and it works as a chair mat with some attitude.
The Design: Carved Gold on Black
Two colors do all the work here, honey gold and deep black, and nothing else competes. The scrollwork reads like a gilded frame or a carved palace door: leaves curl into spirals, small rosettes nest inside the curls, and a shell sits at the top, bottom, left and right of the medallion. Medusa herself stays calm, framed by snakes that knot beneath her chin. Every inch is busy, yet it never feels messy.
The black ground is what sets this piece apart from the lighter ones in the catalog. Gold glows against it from across the room. Fans of the house look can browse the rest of the Versace rugs for other grounds and borders.
Versace on the Floor
The round cut keeps the medallion centered no matter which way you walk in. Underfoot you get a soft plush low-pile surface that feels easy on bare feet, and the dye-sublimation print sets the gold and black into the fibers instead of sitting on top. A non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors such as wood, tile and laminate. When it needs a refresh, the rug is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle, then air-dry. Laid at the foot of a bed, it works as a bedroom rug with real drama, and in a study it anchors the chair and the desk. Pair it with a Versace mouse pad if the rug lives under a desk.
Sizes & Rug Level
Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5″) to 180 cm (70.9″): 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm. Choose 80 to 100 cm under a desk chair or beside a bed, 120 to 140 cm for an armchair corner or reading nook, and 160 to 180 cm as the center of a seating area. The smaller sizes also work as an accent rug at an entry or beside a dresser. At 140 cm and up it becomes a round area rug under a small table.
Standart Level is solid everyday quality for daily use. Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing, a good call for a busy hallway or heavy chair traffic.
Quick Questions
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Run it on a gentle cold cycle and air-dry it flat.
Does it slip on hard floors?
No. The rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate, so the medallion stays put under a swiveling chair.
Can I put it over carpet?
Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet. A black ground with gold scrollwork stands out well even on a light carpet.
Which size should I choose?
Pick 80 to 100 cm for a desk or bedside. Go 120 to 140 cm if you want the whole ring of scrolls visible beside an armchair, and 160 cm or more for a seating area.
