My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!
We ship worldwide! Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-12 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your rug's journey.
In Detail
Product Description
Zapdos spreads its jagged yellow wings dead center, talons dropped and eyes narrowed, while a storm swirls around it in blues and slate grays. This Pokemon round rug is laid out for the circle: the bird sits in the middle, and rings of clouds, lightning bolts and gem-cut medallions radiate out to a teal and gold border.
A circle behaves differently from a rectangle on the floor. It softens the hard corners of a square room, gives a desk setup a clear center point and fills an empty patch beside a bed without fuss. Symmetry does the rest, so the bird faces you whichever way you walk in.
The Design: Storm Mandala Medallion
Most Pokemon art drops the bird into a plain sky mid-battle. This piece borrows from ornamental tilework instead. Four small panels show electricity pylons rising out of clouds, set between yellow gemstones and raindrops, and curling gold vines frame the whole thing. The palette is deep teal, cream, slate gray and a loud lightning yellow, with the orange beak and talons as the only warm accents. Black-tipped feathers stab outward like a starburst. Every bolt in the border is a slightly different size, which gives the artwork a watercolor texture. The result reads more like a collector's plate than a poster, and anyone browsing more Pokemon rugs will see how far it sits from the usual character-on-a-background layout.
Zapdos on the Floor
The rug is cut in a true circle with a soft plush, low-pile surface that feels gentle underfoot. Underneath, a non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors like wood, tile and laminate. The print is dye-sublimation, so the yellows and teals are set into the fibers instead of sitting on top. Spills and dust happen, and the rug is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle followed by air-drying. Under a desk it doubles as a chair mat for your gaming setup, and the low pile keeps a chair gliding. Next to a dark desk and a glowing monitor it makes a bold gaming room rug.
Sizes & Rug Level
Six diameters are available: 80 cm (31.5″), 100 cm, 120 cm, 140 cm, 160 cm and 180 cm (70.9″). The 80 and 100 cm sizes fit under a desk chair or beside a bed, where Zapdos works as a small accent rug. At 120 and 140 cm it suits a reading nook or a kids' corner and shows the full ring of clouds. Go to 160 or 180 cm and the border reads as a proper round area rug at the center of a seating area.
Standart Level is solid everyday quality. Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing.
Quick Questions
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Use a gentle cold cycle and air-dry it, and the storm stays as sharp as day one because the color is set into the fibers.
Does it slip on hard floors?
No. The rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate, so the rug stays put when you push back from the desk or a kid sprints across the lightning.
Can I put it over carpet?
Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet. A thin, even carpet gives the cleanest edge around the circle.
Which size should I choose?
Pick 80 to 100 cm for a desk chair, 120 to 140 cm for a nook, and 160 to 180 cm if you want the full storm mandala to anchor a room. Zapdos stays readable at every size.
A Zapdos Corner Statement
