Dragon Medallion Round Rug - Mortal Kombat Chair Mat

A gold dragon curls across a black disc at the heart of this Mortal Kombat round rug, ringed by bands of crimson, cream and olive scrollwork that look like an heirloom carpet. The artwork is laid out for the circle, so every border closes on itself and nothing gets cut off at a corner.

A round shape behaves differently on a floor. It slides under a desk chair without snagging, softens a boxy room, and anchors a console corner as easily as it sits beside a bed. Go bigger and it becomes the quiet center of a den.

The Design: Gold Dragon, Carpet Border

Most fighting-game art leans on flames and smoke. This piece goes the other way. The dragon is rendered like hammered gold leaf, with a mottled, metallic texture, and it sits on solid black so the silhouette reads from across the room. Around it, a thin beaded ring leads out to a field of ink-dark ground covered in rosettes in sage, bronze and deep red.

Four pointed cartouches mark north, south, east and west, and they pull the eye around the circle like a compass. The outer band swaps to warm crimson with cream palmettes, finished by a fine checkered edge. The result is a dark, warm palette with one bright gold focal point. If you want more Mortal Kombat round rugs in other moods, the full set sits together in one place.

Dragon on the Floor

The circular cut gives the whole piece a finished, framed look on wood, tile or laminate. Underfoot, the soft plush low-pile surface feels gentle on bare feet and stays low enough for chair wheels to glide across. Slide it beneath a desk and it works as a chair mat that looks far better than plastic.

The non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors, so the rug stays put when you push back from your seat. Colors are applied by dye-sublimation, which sets the print into the fibers instead of leaving it on top. Cleanup is simple too: it is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle, then air-dried. The dark ground and rich reds suit a study, a streaming setup or a bedroom with moody lighting.

Sizes & Rug Level

Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5") to 180 cm (70.9"): 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm. Choose 80 to 100 cm for under a desk chair or beside a bed. Pick 120 to 140 cm for a reading nook or a console corner where the border ornament has room to show. Go to 160 to 180 cm when you want the dragon at the center of a seating area.

Two quality levels are offered. Standart Level is a solid everyday build. Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing for heavy traffic.

Quick Questions

Is it machine washable?

Yes. Use a gentle cold cycle and air-dry it, and the gold and crimson stay rich because the print is set into the fibers.

Does it slip on hard floors?

No. The rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate, so a desk chair rolling over the dragon will not push the rug out of place.

Can I put it over carpet?

Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet. The ornate border keeps its crisp lines because the surface stays level.

Which size should I choose?

Pick 100 cm for a single desk chair and 140 cm if you want the full dragon medallion visible beside the seat. Choose 160 to 180 cm to center a room.
