My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!
We ship worldwide! Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-12 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your rug's journey.
In Detail
Product Description
Yubaba sits at her carved desk in the middle of this Studio Ghibli round rug, one red-nailed hand raised and a gold spark glittering between her fingers. Crows, paper lanterns, scrolls and jeweled rings circle her in bands of deep green and cream, and the whole piece is laid out for the circle.
A circle changes how a busy design lands on the floor. Set it under a desk and it works as a chair mat with far more personality than clear plastic. Beside a bed it softens the corners of the room. Either way, the witch ends up exactly where your eye falls.
The Design: Gilded Bathhouse Office
Think of it as an inventory of her hoard. Around the central scene, green four-lobed cartouches hold red lanterns, stern green heads, and crows that perch on the diagonals as if they are keeping watch. Between them sit scrolls tied with crimson cord, oil lamps trailing little curls of smoke, and rings set with emerald and ruby stones. The outer border is a chain of gold nuggets and gems on dark green, finished with a thin harlequin edge. The gold character on the front of her desk is the oil in the bathhouse's name, and it makes a tidy medallion at the very center. The palette stays disciplined: forest green, warm cream, crimson, burnished gold and the navy blue of her dress. Fans who want other characters can browse the other Studio Ghibli rugs for different moods.
Yubaba on the Floor
The cut is a true circle with a soft plush, low-pile surface that feels good underfoot and keeps the fine linework crisp. A non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors, so the rug stays put when you roll a chair across its edge. When it needs a refresh, it is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle, then air-dried. The colors are set into the fibers with dye-sublimation printing, so the greens and golds stay rich instead of sitting on top like a sticker. It makes a lively bedroom rug, and it looks just as at home in a study or a gaming corner.
Sizes & Rug Level
Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5″) to 180 cm (70.9″). The 80 and 100 cm sizes fit under a desk chair or beside a bed, and they work as a small accent rug. At 120 to 140 cm the border and the crows have room to breathe in a reading nook or a corner of a kids' room. Go to 160 or 180 cm and it becomes a proper round area rug, the center of a seating area with Yubaba watching from the middle.
Two levels are offered. Standart Level is solid everyday quality. Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing, a good choice for high-traffic spots.
Quick Questions
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Use a gentle cold cycle and air-dry it, and the gold and green print stays bright.
Does it slip on hard floors?
No, the rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate. That matters if her desk-side spot doubles as your own chair zone.
Can I put it over carpet?
Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet. The border stays visible and the corners do not curl.
Which size should I choose?
Choose 80 to 100 cm for under a desk chair, 120 to 140 cm for a nook, and 160 to 180 cm if you want the full ring of lanterns and crows on show.
