My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!
We ship worldwide! Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-12 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your rug's journey.
In Detail
Product Description
A plump pink-gray mouse hangs in the middle of a deep plum medallion, a tiny black bird balanced on its head with wings spread wide. This Studio Ghibli round rug lays the whole scene out for the circle, with lanterns, hydrangeas and paper cranes fanning outward toward a dark green border.
On the floor, a circle behaves differently from a rectangle. It softens the hard corners of a square room, settles under a desk without fighting the furniture, and gives a reading nook a clear center. Nothing sticks out.
The Design: Lanterns, Teacups and Cranes
The artwork borrows the look of an ornate carpet and fills it with small story details. Around the central pair, eight lobed panels hold a bathhouse tower, steaming teacups, a wooden wheel, a coil of red cord with a blossom, and a wooden tub breathing steam. Puffs of pale blue cloud sit in between. Fans of Spirited Away will enjoy matching each panel to a scene.
The palette is rich but warm. Plum and forest green give depth, cream keeps the open field bright, coral-red lanterns add punch, and cornflower hydrangeas repeat in a ring around the center. Gold scrollwork outlines every frame. If this look speaks to you, the rest of our Studio Ghibli rugs make it easy to build a matching set.
Boh Mouse on the Floor
The surface is a soft plush low-pile, gentle underfoot and easy to live with every day. A non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors like wood, tile and laminate, so the rug stays where you put it. The print is dye-sublimation, which sets the colors into the fibers instead of leaving them on top, and the cream field stays crisp beside the dark plum.
It is machine washable. Use a gentle cold cycle and air-dry. Under a desk it works as a chair mat that anchors your workspace with a bit of storybook color. At 140 cm and up it reads as a round area rug for a seating corner, and in a smaller size it makes a cheerful bedroom rug beside the bed. Any size can serve as an accent rug over a plain floor.
Sizes & Rug Level
Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5″) to 180 cm (70.9″). Choose 80 or 100 cm under a desk chair or beside a bed, where the central mouse stays in view. Go with 120 or 140 cm for a reading nook or a kids' corner, which shows off the eight small panels. Pick 160 or 180 cm when the rug should be the center of a seating area.
Two quality levels are offered. Standart Level is solid everyday quality. Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing for heavier traffic.
Quick Questions
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Run it on a gentle cold cycle and air-dry it, and the plum and cream stay clean and bright.
Does it slip on hard floors?
No. The rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate, so the medallion stays centered under your chair or beside your bed.
Can I put it over carpet?
Yes. The low-pile surface lies flat over low-pile carpet, which makes it a handy way to add a Ghibli corner to a carpeted room.
Which size should I choose?
Pick 100 cm for a desk, 120 to 140 cm for a nook where you want the small panels to read, and 160 to 180 cm for a living space.
