Returns (United States Customers)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@padloom.com with your order number. Please wait for approval before sending items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid return labels. Please use a trackable shipping service.

 

Returns (European Union Customers)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Exceptions: personalized/custom products, opened hygiene-sealed items, sale items, and gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include photos and your order number, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly (replacement or refund at no cost to you).

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (following the above process). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.  

To exercise this right:
- You must notify us in writing (by email at info@padloom.com) within 14 days of receiving your order.  
- You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.  

Exceptions to this right include:
- Custom-made or personalized products (such as custom mouse pads)  
- Items with hygiene seals that have been opened  
- Final sale or discounted items  
- Gift cards
