All orders are produced and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

All products are manufactured in-house at our production facility in Turkey, and shipped internationally.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact us at info@padloom.com within 7 days. We will assist you in investigating with the carrier.

Orders are shipped from Turkey. Depending on your country’s regulations, VAT or customs charges may apply at delivery.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or VAT, and the package is returned to us, original shipping fees will not be refunded.
