Processing Time

  • All orders are produced and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • All products are manufactured in-house at our production facility in Turkey, and shipped internationally.

We ship exclusively with trusted express carriers:

  • FedEx Express

  • UPS Saver Expres

Note: Delivery times do not include the 1–3 business day production period. Most customers receive their orders within 5–7 business days total.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and service level.

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at delivery.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, some factors are beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes)

We recommend double-checking your delivery address during checkout to avoid issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact us at info@padloom.com within 7 days. We will assist you in investigating with the carrier.

European Union Buyers Notice

  • Orders shipped to the EU are subject to local consumer protection laws, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.

  • Orders are shipped from Turkey. Depending on your country’s regulations, VAT or customs charges may apply at delivery.

  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or VAT, and the package is returned to us, original shipping fees will not be refunded.
