My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!
We ship worldwide! Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-12 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your rug's journey.
In Detail
Product Description
A black-and-white hachiroku slides through a hairpin on a moonlit mountain pass, tire smoke curling off the rear wheels, and the whole scene sits inside a ring of deep green and cream ornament. This Initial D round rug is laid out for the circle: the car fills a central medallion while the border carries every small detail that fans will recognize.
A circle softens a square room in a way a rectangle never does. Slide it under a desk and it doubles as a chair mat for a gaming setup, or set it beside a bed where the medallion catches the eye first thing in the morning.
The Design: Touge Meets Tilework
The artwork borrows the look of an old ornamental carpet and fills it with touge culture. Twelve small frames circle the center, each holding one object: a steering wheel, a gear shifter, a paper cup of water, a block of tofu on a dark tray, a puff of drift smoke, a winding pass between pines. Fans of the series will know exactly what the cup and the tofu are about. Crescent moons and tiny tofu blocks repeat along the outer edge, so the border reads like a quiet inside joke.
The palette stays disciplined. Forest green and ivory carry most of the surface, antique gold traces the vines, and charcoal black anchors the car, the shifters and the wheels. Nothing is neon and nothing shouts, which makes it a calm counterpoint to a loud, fast subject. The pines in the center and the pines in the frames echo each other, so your eye keeps traveling around the ring and back to the car.
AE86 on the Floor
The surface is a soft plush low-pile that feels pleasant underfoot and keeps the printed detail crisp. A non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors, so the circle stays put under a rolling chair or beside a bed. The dye-sublimation print sets the colors into the fibers rather than sitting on top, which keeps the greens deep and the gold lines sharp. Cleaning is easy because the rug is machine washable. It suits a gaming room rug setup or a bedroom corner equally well.
Sizes & Rug Level
Six diameters are available: 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm, running from 31.5″ up to 70.9″. The 80 and 100 cm sizes fit under a desk chair or beside a bed, and they work well as an accent rug by a garage shelf. The 120 and 140 cm sizes suit a reading nook or a game corner. At 160 and 180 cm the rug becomes the center of a seating area, a true round area rug with the car medallion sitting right where people gather.
Two quality levels are offered. Standart Level is solid everyday quality. Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing for heavier daily traffic.
Quick Questions
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Use a gentle cold cycle and let it air-dry, and the green and gold keep their depth.
Does it slip on hard floors?
No. The rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate, which matters when a chair rolls over the edge.
Can I put it over carpet?
Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet. The ornamental border stays clearly visible even on a textured floor.
Which size should I choose?
Go 80 to 100 cm for a desk or bedside and 120 to 140 cm for a nook. Pick 160 to 180 cm if you want the drifting AE86 to anchor a whole room.
