Product Description
A royal shield with a single watchful eye hovers dead center, and the crest and folded violet wings tell you at once this is an Aegislash Pokemon TCG playmat. The Steel and Ghost guardian sits in Shield Forme, calm and defensive, while gold koi wheel around it. Everything in the frame bows toward that one eye.
Purple and antique gold carry the table, regal without tipping into gaudy. The eye reads as the focal point because warmth gathers there, then cools out toward the lilies and relics scattered along the border.
The Art: A Throne Underwater
Soft watercolor gradients move from gold core to bruised purple edge, and the gilt outline on the shield body was added with a fine gold line over the wash. Crowns, chalices, knight gauntlets, scattered coins and a war-worn sword ring the scene, the spoils of every fallen king the species supposedly guarded. A skeletal hand near the bottom keeps the Ghost half honest.
