The suit stands mid-burst, arm gatling flaring a cold beam into a spiral of ink and gold leaf, while glowing rune script crawls across its white plating. A lotus opens in the lower corner. Petals drift where shell casings should be.
Across a table the mat reads calm at arm's length and dense up close. Cool blues and soft paper whites keep card faces easy to track, and the gold veining pulls the eye toward the center of the art without ever crowding your board.
The Art: Orchids Over the Colony
Watercolor washes do the heavy lifting here, layered wet-on-wet so the sky bleeds from ink navy into pale mist. Gold leaf threads through the swirls like kintsugi seams.
