My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

In Detail
Product Description
A lone figure in a detailed spacesuit stands among towering alien plants on this astronaut explorer mouse pad, lit by the glow of a distant planet. As an astronaut explorer desk mat, the deep greens and soft lunar light spread across your desk, creating a scene that feels both peaceful and mysterious.
Sci-fi readers, space enthusiasts and gamers who love exploration titles will feel at home with it. It also works for anyone who wants a calm, atmospheric setup instead of loud graphics.
Why this astronaut explorer mouse pad stands apart
Stories about a single explorer on an unknown world have fascinated people for generations, from classic science fiction novels to modern survival games. The appeal is simple: curiosity mixed with a little isolation. This artwork leans into that feeling by placing a small human figure against oversized alien vegetation, which makes the planet feel vast. It reads less like an action scene and more like a quiet moment of discovery, which is easy to live with on a desk every day.
Picking your astronaut explorer desk mat size
- S (30×40 cm): a simple mouse pad for a laptop desk or travel setup.
- L (30×80 cm): a long strip for keyboard and mouse on narrower desks.
- XXL (60×90 cm): enough depth to show the alien landscape in full.
- L Chair Mat (120×180 cm): the biggest option for protecting the floor under a desk chair.
Built for work and play
A micro-woven polyester cloth top lets optical and laser mice track smoothly and predictably. The 3 mm natural rubber backing holds the mat in place during fast swipes. Precision-stitched edges prevent fraying over time, and the HD print resists fading, so the greens stay rich.
Most day-to-day marks disappear with a quick pass of a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a gentle machine wash on cold or lukewarm with mild detergent and let it air dry on a flat surface. Bleaching, tumble drying and ironing the artwork are all off limits. The astronaut explorer mouse pad is made to order, with 1–3 business days for production and 2–5 business days for shipping.
This design sits within our Hypebeast mouse pads and desk mats, a mix of bold, graphic pieces for setups with personality.
