Battleship Wake Round Rug - World of Warships Chair Mat

A top-down battleship drives straight up the center of this World of Warships round rug, its tan deck and gray turrets split by a white wake that fans out across deep blue water. The whole artwork is laid out for the circle, with the ship on the vertical axis and ornament ringing it like the pattern on a porcelain plate.

Circles suit a ship seen from above. Slide the rug under a desk and it works as a chair mat, with the wake spreading beneath your wheels; set it beside a bed or in front of an armchair and it softens the square lines of the room.

The Design: A Naval Tile Medallion

Forget the usual dark, smoky battle scene. This piece borrows the look of blue-and-white ceramic tile, with navy, teal and cream doing most of the work and thin gold lines tracing every border. In the center panel, ukiyo-e style waves curl in from both sides while seagulls wheel over the swell. Two compass roses sit at the left and right edges like waypoints on a chart.

Around that core runs a cream ring of small emblems: anchors, ship wheels, binoculars and knotted rope, plus four cartouches that each hold a distant warship silhouette on calm water. A navy outer band of gold anchors, stars and wave scrolls closes the circle. If you want to see how other ships look on the floor, the wider World of Warships rug lineup is the place to start.

Battleship Wake on the Floor

The rug is cut in a true circle, with a soft plush low-pile surface that feels good under bare feet. A non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors, so the ship stays pointed where you left it. It is machine washable too, on a gentle cold cycle followed by air-drying. The dye-sublimation print sets the colors into the fibers, which keeps the navy and gold rich instead of sitting on top. Every rug is made to order and lies flat over low-pile carpet.

Sizes & Rug Level

Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5″) up to 180 cm (70.9″), in steps of 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm. The 80 and 100 cm sizes make a tidy accent rug beside a bed or under a desk chair, where the ship and wake sit right at the center. At 120 to 140 cm the whole ring of anchors and wheels starts to show, which suits a reading nook or a kids' corner. From 160 cm up, it reads as a round area rug under a coffee table or at the center of a seating area.

Two levels are offered. Standart Level is solid everyday quality. Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing for busy floors.

Quick Questions

Is it machine washable?

Yes. Use a gentle cold cycle and let it air-dry; the printed colors are set into the fibers.

Does it slip on hard floors?

No. The rubber backing grips tile, laminate and hardwood, so the ship holds its heading even when a chair rolls across the edge.

Can I put it over carpet?

Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet, which makes it handy for a gaming corner with a softer floor.

Which size should I choose?

Pick 80 or 100 cm for a spot under a desk chair. Go 140 cm or larger if you want the full ring of emblems visible around a seating area.
