My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!
We ship worldwide! Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-12 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your rug's journey.
In Detail
Product Description
"That thing was too big to be called a sword. Too big, too thick, too heavy, and too rough, it was more like a large hunk of iron."
Enter the Interstice. The Guts Black Swordsman Rug is more than just floor decor; it is a tribute to the ultimate struggler. Capturing the gritty, visceral essence of Kentaro Miura’s masterpiece, this rug features Guts standing defiant against the encroaching darkness, the massive Dragonslayer resting upon his shoulder. It is the darkest centerpiece among our Berserk rugs.
Designed for the fan who understands the weight of the Brand of Sacrifice, this mat transforms your space into a sanctuary of dark fantasy. Whether you are grinding through a Souls-like game or working late into the night, let the Black Swordsman stand guard beneath your feet.
Why This Rug Belongs in Your Sanctuary
- Crystal Velvet Surface: An ultra-smooth, low-pile texture that allows gaming chair wheels to glide effortlessly without snagging.
- High-Definition Sublimation: Deep blacks, muted greys, and sharp lines capture the intricate manga-style shading and the haunting spirits in the background.
- TPR Non-Slip Backing: Like Guts’ resolve, this rug does not budge. It grips the floor firmly, ensuring safety during intense gaming moments.
- Durable Edge Stitching: Reinforced borders prevent fraying, ensuring your rug survives the test of time.
The Struggler's Aesthetic
Constructing the perfect Otaku room or "Man Cave" requires a centerpiece that speaks to your personality. This design moves away from the bright, neon colors typical of shonen anime and embraces the mature, gothic atmosphere of Seinen. The artwork portrays Guts in his element—surrounded by the tormented spirits of the astral world, framed by an ornate, chain-linked border that adds a layer of gothic elegance to the piece.
It is a conversation starter. It is a piece of art. If you are looking for a unique gift for an anime fan or building a dedicated manga library, this rug ties the room together with a somber, epic tone that few other series can match. Its blacks and greys, as grim as Guts himself, make it a moody pick among our anime rugs.
Engineered for the Gaming Setup
We know that aesthetics aren't everything; functionality is key. A standard carpet can ruin the flow of a gaming session by catching wheels or bunching up. The Padloom difference lies in our low-profile design. We have engineered this surface specifically for rolling chairs and high-traffic areas.
While many stores offer generic rugs, ours are purpose-built for the modern gamer's lifestyle. The surface is stain-resistant and easy to clean, meaning a spilled energy drink won't spell the end of your setup. It provides a warm, comfortable barrier against cold floors, keeping you focused on the screen.
A Tribute to a Legacy
Berserk is not just a story; it is a legacy of resilience, willpower, and the human spirit fighting against causality. Owning this rug is a way to honor that legacy every day. The detail on the Berserker armor and the texture of the cape are rendered with precision, respecting the source material.
Don't let your floor remain a void. Equip your room with the power of the Black Swordsman.
