The Bulbasaur shaped rug spreads the character low across the floor, with a blue-green body, dark teal spots, bright red eyes and a large leafy green bulb rising from the back. It is die-cut to the outline of the design rather than confined to a rectangle, so the ears, paws, bulb and outer leaf shapes all become part of the rug. It has one of the most organic silhouettes among our Pokemon rugs.
Its wide stance works well in front of a sofa or beside a bed, where the leaf bulb can extend into open floor space instead of being hidden under furniture. That broad footprint, with the bulb unfurling into open space, makes it one of the most playful shapes in our anime rugs.
The Design: Leaf Bulb Texture
The body mixes turquoise, blue-green and darker mottled patches, while the bulb shifts through several greens with curved leaf sections. Red eyes and a coral mouth provide small warm contrasts against the cool palette. The printed texture gives it a worn-in feel for starter Pokémon home decor.
