Cherry Blossom Dusk Playmat - MTG Magic Mat
A giant, ancient cherry tree takes over this Cherry Blossom Dusk MTG playmat, its thick trunk rising from the lower right and its branches exploding into pink. Petals glow and drift across the whole sky. Down near the horizon, a pale sun sets behind soft clouds.
On the table, the color moves from deep indigo in the top left corner to warm coral and peach along the bottom. Bright pink blossoms fill the middle. The trunk anchors the right side, which leaves the left half lighter and more open for your cards.
The Art: Sakura at Dusk
Painted in a lush anime-background style, the blossoms are built from hundreds of small dabs of pink, rose and lavender. Stars just start to appear in the darker sky. Light hits the bark from below, picking out roots and knots in warm orange. It is the kind of view that closes out a romance anime or opens a new season.
