My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

In Detail
Product Description
Blue crystal energy shatters in a ring around the hero on this Cloud Strife mouse pad, with the Buster Sword slung across his back and the Midgar skyline breaking apart behind him. As a Cloud Strife desk mat, the electric-blue field and flying icy shards give a dark or neutral setup an instant jolt of color.
The piece is a glossy, cinematic 3D render, so the armor plating, the SOLDIER pauldron and that famous spiky blond hair all catch the light. Streaks of orange embers cut through the blue, and the calmer lower half leaves your mouse a clear lane.
Why fans love this Cloud Strife mouse pad
Cloud began as a mercenary with a chip on his shoulder and became one of the most recognizable leads in role-playing games, thanks to that silhouette, the oversized blade and a story about rebuilding a broken sense of self. This design catches him in a moment of pure momentum rather than reflection. Your eye goes to his glare first, drops to the hilt of the Buster Sword, then rides the crystal ring outward into the collapsing city. For anyone who first met Midgar decades ago, or only recently through the newer retellings, it is an easy way to bring that energy to the desk.
Selecting a Cloud Strife desk mat size
- S (30×40 cm): the smallest square, made for mouse movement alone.
- L (30×80 cm): long enough for a tenkeyless keyboard and a mouse side by side.
- XL (40×90 cm): extra depth, so the high-detail render has space to show off.
- Chair mats: S, M and L put the crystal blast beneath your chair wheels on hard floors.
Construction and care
A micro-woven polyester face lets optical and laser mice cross the shard storm smoothly and predictably. Natural rubber, 3 mm thick, keeps the Cloud Strife desk mat planted when the action heats up. Stitching along every edge is done with precision to keep fraying at bay, while the fade-resistant HD print makes sure those blues stay electric.
Light marks on the crystal field come off with a damp cloth. For a deeper reset, machine wash it on a gentle program using cold or lukewarm water and a mild detergent, and afterward leave it flat until the air has dried it. Bleach, tumble dryers and irons are not part of the plan. Nothing sits on a shelf: your Cloud Strife mouse pad is made to order over 1–3 business days, then shipping brings it to you in 2–5.
