Product Description
Edward Elric stands in his classic clap pose, palms pressed together a heartbeat before the transmutation, and this Fullmetal Alchemist round rug builds the whole circle around him. A blue alchemy circle glows under his boots, and the artwork is laid out for the round cut, so nothing important gets lost at the edge.
A circle behaves differently on the floor than a rectangle does. It softens the hard corners of a room, tucks under a desk chair and gives a reading nook a clear center. Ed's symmetrical stance makes it a fixed point you can spot from the doorway.
The Design: Red Coat, Blue Circle
Ed grins straight at you, red coat flaring open, braid over one shoulder, steel automail hand locked against the flesh one. Mirrored pairs fill the field around him: pocket watches, spare coats, automail arms, wrenches and a crossed-out milk bottle that any fan will read as a private joke. Details everywhere.
The ground is not a flat color. Crimson acanthus leaves curl through sky-blue vines on warm parchment, a baroque damask that feels closer to a carved library door than a poster. Small transmutation circles and Flamel crosses repeat in the gaps. A deep red border studded with gold hexagram medallions closes the circle. The palette reads crimson, cream, steel gray and ice blue, with gold kept to trim.

Cut in a true circle, the rug has a soft plush low-pile surface that feels warm under bare feet. The rubber backing is non-slip, so it grips hard floors like wood, tile and laminate instead of skating when you step on the edge. Colors come from dye-sublimation printing, which sets the ink into the fibers rather than leaving it on top, so the red border and blue linework stay crisp.
