The purple and green mech erupts from a storm of fire on this Evangelion Inferno MTG playmat, horn raised, single eye glowing white. Flames twist around it in red, orange and yellow. Shoulder pylons and armor plates break apart into paint splashes and gold flecks.
On the table, color comes at you from every direction. The fiery center glows hot, then cools into slate gray swirls near the edges. That gray frame gives your cards some calmer ground, while the mech stays the clear focal point in the middle.
The Art: Berserk in Flames
Swirling marbled lines in red and gold give the background the look of molten metal or suminagashi ink floating on water. The mech itself is drawn with sharp ink outlines and filled with layered splatters of purple, lime and magenta. It captures the moment the machine stops being a tool and becomes something wild.
