My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

In Detail
Product Description
This Unit-01 neon mecha mouse pad places Evangelion's EVA front and center against a ridge of rugged mountains that fade into a surreal pink and violet sky, its form traced in sharp neon lines. Japanese lettering sits beside the mecha, and on a Unit-01 neon mecha desk mat the clash between glowing linework and pastel sky gets plenty of room to breathe.
A Unit-01 neon mecha mouse pad like this suits fans who like their anime art with a synthwave edge, and anyone building a setup around pinks and purples. If your room already leans toward that kind of lighting, the palette slots right in.
What makes this Unit-01 neon mecha mouse pad different
Unit-01 is the machine at the heart of the whole saga: the EVA that Shinji climbs into reluctantly, and the one that keeps surprising everyone around him. Most fan pieces show it mid-battle, covered in damage and shadow. Pairing that famously unsettling silhouette with a dreamy mountain sunset flips the usual mood, turning a war machine into something closer to a landscape painting while keeping its menace intact.
Sizes for a Unit-01 neon mecha desk mat
- TCG Mat (14″ × 24″) for card games or a compact keyboard-and-mouse corner.
- XL (15.7″ × 35.4″) to fit a full keyboard with generous room for wide mouse swipes.
- XXXL (19.7″ × 39.4″) for a long, panoramic look across the desk.
- XXXXL (23.6″ × 47.2″) to cover most of a standard desk edge to edge.
Construction and care
Under the neon outline lies micro-woven polyester cloth, so your cursor glides cleanly whether you use an optical or laser mouse. A 3 mm natural rubber base keeps the whole scene from drifting, every edge is finished with precision stitching that resists fraying, and the HD print is built to hold its color, so the pink sky on your Unit-01 neon mecha desk mat stays vivid.
Spills and smudges usually lift with a damp cloth. For heavier grime, a gentle wash cycle works, cold or lukewarm with mild detergent, after which the mat should dry flat in open air, well away from bleach, dryers and irons. Production kicks off once you order and wraps up in 1–3 business days, then delivery takes 2–5 business days.
Curious how the other designs compare? Our Neon Genesis Evangelion desk mats cover every pilot and EVA, the anime mouse pad collection spans dozens of other series, and Evangelion rugs bring the same energy to the floor.
