My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!
We ship worldwide! Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-12 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your rug's journey.
In Detail
Product Description
This Studio Ghibli round rug puts the antlered Forest Spirit at the very center, standing on a bed of moss while a crowd of white kodama gathers around his hooves. The artwork is laid out for the circle: a scalloped emerald medallion in the middle, a cream field of vines around it, and a dark border of branches and gold stars hugging the edge.
A circle softens the corners of a room in a way a rectangle never will. Slide it under a desk and your chair glides across one calm green island; set it in a reading nook and the eye finally has somewhere to land. Quiet, but not plain.
The Design: A Woodland Medallion
Think old storybook endpaper rather than movie poster. The deer god's branching antlers fan out across the top of the medallion like a tree in winter, while his pale face with its red markings looks straight out at you. A cluster of kodama sits in the moss below him, and more peek out from lobed cartouches in the cream field, alongside antler silhouettes, paw prints and blue crystals wound with vine.
The palette is deep forest green, parchment cream and berry red, with small hits of gold in the border stars and a cool blue in the crystals. Red-capped mushrooms, pink blossoms and oak leaves fill every gap so no corner feels empty. It is a busier, more ornamental piece than most of the catalog, and you can compare it with other Studio Ghibli rugs to see how differently each one plays with the forest.
Forest Spirit on the Floor
The round cut means no corners to curl or catch a toe. The surface is a soft plush low-pile that feels gentle under bare feet, and the dye-sublimation print sets the colors into the fibers, so the greens stay deep and the cream stays warm. Underneath, a non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors like wood, tile and laminate. When the kodama pick up dust or a stray crumb, the rug is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle, then air-dry.
Under a gaming or desk chair it works as a chair mat that still looks like framed art. In a living space it reads as a round area rug with a story built in. Beside the bed, it makes a gentle bedroom rug for the first thing your feet touch in the morning.
Sizes & Rug Level
Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5″) up to 180 cm (70.9″). Choose 80 or 100 cm under a desk chair or beside a bed, where it works as a small accent rug. The 120 and 140 cm sizes suit a reading nook or kids' corner and show off the kodama in detail. Go 160 or 180 cm to anchor a seating area, with the Forest Spirit as the centerpiece. Two levels are offered: Standart Level is solid everyday quality, and Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing.
Quick Questions
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Use a gentle cold cycle and air-dry it, and the moss greens and berry reds stay put because the print is set into the fibers.
Does it slip on hard floors?
No. The rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate, so the Forest Spirit stays centered under your chair instead of wandering off into the trees.
Can I put it over carpet?
Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet, and the dark green border keeps the circular edge crisp against whatever is underneath.
Which size should I choose?
Pick 80 to 100 cm for a desk or bedside, 120 to 140 cm for a nook, and 160 to 180 cm for the middle of a room. The medallion is dense with detail, so the larger sizes let every kodama breathe.
