Four Seasons Medallion Round Rug - Stardew Valley Chair Mat

Spring greens, summer golds, fall oranges and winter blues each claim a quarter of this Stardew Valley round rug, with a small farmhouse glowing at the very center. The artwork is laid out for the circle: a cross-shaped medallion splits the disc into four seasonal plots, and a border of berries, sunflowers, leaves and ice crystals runs around the rim.

A circle changes how a room feels. Under a desk, the round shape works as a chair mat that lets a swivel seat turn without catching a corner, and beside a bed it softens the straight lines of the frame. In a reading nook it marks out a spot that is clearly yours.

The Design: Four Quarters, One Farm

This one reads like an illuminated page from a farmer's almanac. Ivory scrollwork and dark filigree frame each season, and the color shifts from quadrant to quadrant as the year turns. The top left is spring: pale parsnips, cauliflower heads, ripe strawberries, a straw-hatted scarecrow and a green watering can among curling vines. Next to it, summer glows in gold with melons, blueberry clusters, starfruit and a brass sprinkler. Fall sits at the bottom right in rust and amber, with a fat pumpkin, purple grapes, cranberries and an axe leaning among the leaves. Winter fills the last quarter in deep blue, with snowflakes, frosted roots and faceted crystals.

Seed packets turn up in every season, and the little cottage in the middle keeps the whole wheel anchored. Few pieces in the catalog pack this many small details into one disc, so it rewards a slow look from your chair. Four Seasons on the Floor

The rug is cut as a true circle, so the medallion sits centered whichever way you turn it. Its surface is a soft plush low pile that feels gentle underfoot yet stays flat enough for a rolling chair. Underneath, a non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors such as wood, tile and laminate. Muddy socks and dusty shoes are easy to live with, because the rug is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle and air-dries afterward. A dye-sublimation print sets the colors into the fibers, so the greens and golds stay rich instead of sitting on top like a coating. As a gaming room rug it gives the desk a landmark, and in a bedroom it works just as well.

Sizes & Rug Level

Six diameters are available: 80 cm (31.5″), 100 cm, 120 cm, 140 cm, 160 cm and 180 cm (70.9″). Choose 80 or 100 cm under a desk chair or beside a bed, where the farmhouse and the four seasons still read clearly. At 120 to 140 cm it suits a reading nook or a kid's corner, and it acts as a bright accent rug there. Go to 160 or 180 cm and it becomes a round area rug at the center of a seating area, with enough width to show every berry on the border. Two levels are offered: Standart Level is solid everyday quality, and Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing.

Quick Questions

Is it machine washable?

Yes. Use a gentle cold cycle and air-dry it, and the seasonal colors stay put.

Does it slip on hard floors?

No, the rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate, so a rolling desk chair stays steady on top of the farm.

Can I put it over carpet?

Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet, so the medallion stays easy to see from where you sit.

Which size should I choose?

For a desk, 100 or 120 cm gives a chair room to roll and still shows the farmhouse. For the middle of a living space, go with 160 or 180 cm so all four seasons have room to breathe.
