Product Description
Gaara stands with his arms crossed, red hair spiking out, the love kanji on his forehead, while ribbons of sand coil around him and his gourd looms at his back. This Naruto round rug lays the whole scene out for the circle: a sandy heart of desert rock inside a ring of small medallions and a deep crimson border.
A circle behaves differently from a rectangle. It softens the corners of a square room, slides under a desk chair without snagging on the legs, and gives a reading nook a clear center. Here the symmetry does extra work, since Gaara sits dead center and the pattern radiates outward no matter which side you approach from.
The Design: Persian Sand Medallion
The artwork borrows the structure of a classic Persian carpet and fills it with Gaara's world. Around the central portrait runs a ring of twelve small medallions: sand gourds, desert mesas, snarling beast faces and a red emblem repeated at the compass points. Scrolling vines and tiny blossoms fill the gaps, and a wide border of crimson and gold scrollwork closes everything in.
The palette stays warm and tight. Burgundy and brick red carry his jacket and the border, while tan, ochre and cream make up the swirling sand and the parchment-toned backdrops.
