Product Description
Two cream bands of tiny horseshoes run around the edge of this Hypebeast round rug, and inside them a laurel wreath holds a horse-drawn carriage with its top-hatted driver. The artwork is laid out for the circle, so every ring closes on itself without a seam. Orange shouts, while cream and brown calm it down.
A circle behaves differently from a rectangle on the floor. It softens the hard corners of a square room and gives an entryway or the space in front of an armchair a clear center. Because the pattern is built in rings, it looks right from whichever side you approach it.
The Design: Horseshoe Ring
The horseshoe is the quiet hero here. Tiny open-ended shoes circle the outer cream band and again the inner one, like a stitched hem. Between those bands a burnt orange stripe carries small spoked wheels linked by laurel garlands, and the same laurel returns inside as a full wreath around the carriage scene.
Further in, the tan field holds the supporting cast: horse heads with orange ribbons, saddles, stirrups and crossed riding crops arranged around the medallion, all outlined in fine gold. That ring-by-ring order, border first and story last, is what sets this piece apart from the louder logo prints in the Hypebeast range.
