Product Description
A black crow with its wings thrown wide clutches a blue-and-gold volleyball against its chest, and every other element grows outward from that one moment. This Haikyuu round rug is laid out for the circle: the bird sits dead center, scrollwork fans toward the rim, and a ring of orange crows and tiny volleyballs closes the edge.
A circle behaves differently from a rectangle on the floor. It softens the hard corners of a square room and gives a bedside spot or a reading nook a clear center. Slide it beneath a desk and it works as a chair mat that still looks like a framed piece. Because the artwork is symmetrical, it reads correctly from any doorway.
The Design: Damask Meets Karasuno
The look borrows from old damask wallpaper and Eastern European folk ornament: heavy black acanthus curls, orange flame-like flourishes and a cream ground with a faint, speckled aged-paper texture. The crow is the Karasuno emblem, with its wings drawn feather by feather in layered charcoal. Around it, the volleyball world is tucked into the pattern like motifs on a vintage plate. You will spot gold trophies, net posts, knee pads, running shoes, a coach's whistle and a steamed pork bun in a bowl, with small stars and white blossoms filling the gaps.
The palette stays tight. Black, burnt orange and cream carry the whole piece, and the navy and yellow of the ball are the single bright spot.
