On a table the mat reads as a deep purple field with a bright core. Your eye lands on the teal glow of his runed chest first, then follows the blade's rainbow edge out toward the left third, which keeps the play area feeling open rather than crowded.
The Art: A Storm Between Worlds
Watercolor washes do the heavy lifting here. Layers of violet, magenta, and smoke-grey bleed into each other the way real pigment does on wet paper, and thin gold veins trace the turbulence like cracks of light.
