My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

In Detail
Product Description
Lapras glides through crystal blue water on this Lapras mouse pad, with Marill, Magikarp, Piplup and Tentacool splashing around it in a sunny cove. Spread out as a Lapras desk mat, the scene adds golden cliffs and palm trees along the shoreline, giving your workspace the bright, easygoing feel of a beach day.
It is a great match for Water-type fans, for anyone who daydreams about the ocean during long workdays, and for gift-givers looking for something cheerful for a Pokémon fan who loves summer.
What makes this Lapras mouse pad special
Lapras has carried trainers across the sea since the earliest games, and that role as a gentle ferry is a big part of why fans treasure it. Its lore paints it as calm, kind and intelligent, so a peaceful cove full of smaller sea companions is exactly the setting it deserves. Mixing creatures from different generations, from Magikarp to Piplup, also gives the artwork a relaxed, everyone-is-welcome feeling instead of the tension of a battle.
Sizing your Lapras desk mat
- S (30×40 cm): keeps things simple when you only need room for the mouse.
- M (30×70 cm): a slim option for smaller desks with a keyboard.
- XXL (60×90 cm): gives the cove plenty of room to open up around your setup.
- L Chair Mat (120×180 cm): a large shield for hard floors beneath your chair.
Construction and everyday care
The cloth surface is micro-woven polyester, which lets optical and laser mice glide with steady tracking. A natural rubber base 3 mm thick keeps it locked to the desk, neat precision stitching around the edges stops fraying, and the HD print resists fading, so the blues of the water stay vivid.
Handle small stains with a damp cloth right away. Machine washing is fine on a gentle setting with cold or lukewarm water and a mild detergent, as long as the mat dries flat in the open air afterward. Bleach, tumble drying and ironing the beach scene should all be avoided. Production happens to order and takes 1–3 business days, with shipping adding 2–5 business days on top.
Find more sea creatures and old favorites in our Pokémon desk mats collection, look across other series in our anime mouse pads, or bring a splash of the cove to the floor with Pokémon rugs.
