My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

In Detail
Product Description
Our Lapras pond mouse pad shows the gentle sea Pokémon curled up asleep in the middle of a calm blue pond, long neck tucked in and eyes closed while white ripple spirals roll outward around it. Stretched into a Lapras pond desk mat, the lagoon reveals even more: koi and minnows in blue and pink, drifting jellyfish, starfish, coral and seaweed, plus a little rowboat, a fishing basket and bottles carrying messages bobbing along the edges.
The soft blue and cream palette is restful on the eyes, so it fits students, remote workers and slow-paced gamers who want their workspace to feel like a quiet morning by the water.
A peaceful voyage on a Lapras pond mouse pad
Lapras earned a special place in fans' hearts as the kind creature that ferries trainers across the sea, and its calm, almost wistful nature makes it a favorite among people who prefer comfort over combat. Showing it dozing in still water rather than charging through waves leans into that personality. The bottled notes and the empty rowboat hint at long journeys and faraway friends, giving this "Voyage Pond" scene a gentle storybook mood you can glance at between tasks.
Which Lapras pond desk mat size suits your desk?
- S (11.8″ × 15.7″): a small pond just big enough for everyday mousing.
- L (11.8″ × 31.5″): a long, narrow lagoon that tucks under keyboard and mouse together.
- XXXL (19.7″ × 39.4″): wide and deep, leaving open water for a notebook or controller.
- S Chair Mat (31.5″ × 47.2″): lets your desk chair roll freely without scuffing a hard floor.
Built quietly, built to last
Micro-woven polyester cloth makes up the face of the mat, giving optical and laser mice an even path from shore to shore. A 3 mm natural rubber backing keeps the Lapras pond desk mat anchored in place, a ring of precision stitching guards every edge against fraying, and the pale blues sit in an HD print made to resist fading.
Little marks lift away with a damp cloth. If the mat needs a proper bath, a gentle washer cycle with mild detergent and cold or lukewarm water handles it; afterward, lay it out as still and flat as the pond it shows and let it air dry. Please avoid bleach and the dryer, and keep irons off the printed face. Each Lapras pond mouse pad is made to order: give production 1–3 business days, then allow 2–5 business days for the carrier to bring it to you.
Fans of water types will find plenty more in our Pokémon mouse pads and desk mats. Explore the rest of our anime mouse pads for other calm scenes, and pair your desk with Pokémon rugs for a softer floor.
