My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!
We ship worldwide! Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-12 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your rug's journey.
In Detail
Product Description
A moss-covered giant stands in the middle of a blue sky, cradling a single pink flower while white doves settle on his shoulders and head. This Studio Ghibli round rug lays the whole scene out for the circle: the robot at the center, a ring of vines and blossoms around him, and a deep green border that closes the edge.
Circles suit this quiet subject. They soften the hard corners of a square room, sit happily beside a bed, and give a reading nook a focal point you can spot from the doorway. Nothing in the layout points in one direction, so the robot looks right from every side.
The Design: Overgrown Guardian, Ornate Frame
The robot's body is weathered brown, with ivy, tufts of grass and tiny green leaves climbing along both arms and down his legs. Two dark, round eyes give the face a calm, watchful look. Behind him, a sky-blue field is scattered with cream clouds, coral-pink blossoms and small gold stars, all tied together by scrolling golden vines. Four teardrop blue crystals hang in ornate frames at the compass points, and eight-point stars mark the top and bottom.
The outer band is where the storytelling gets playful. Four cream cartouches each carry an airship drifting through clouds, and russet squirrels dart between them along the dark forest-green ground. The palette stays warm and storybook-soft: sky blue, leaf green, cream and gold, with pink for the flowers. If this gentler side of the studio's worlds is what draws you, you can find more Studio Ghibli rugs that sit beside it in the catalog.
Laputa Robot on the Floor
The surface is a soft plush low-pile that feels pleasant underfoot and keeps the print crisp, from the thin gold linework to the petals on every flower. A non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors, so the circle stays where you put it. The rug is machine washable, which matters when a dog, a toddler or a stray coffee finds its way onto the floor. The artwork is dye-sublimation printed, so the colors are set into the fibers rather than sitting on top.
At the smaller sizes it works as a chair mat under a desk, and the robot stays visible between the chair legs. In a bedroom the same circle becomes a calm bedroom rug that you see first thing in the morning.
Sizes & Rug Level
Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5") up to 180 cm (70.9"): 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm. Choose 80 to 100 cm under a desk chair or beside a bed. Go for 120 to 140 cm in a reading nook or kids' corner, where the full border has room to show. At 160 to 180 cm, the rug becomes the center of a seating area, and the robot stands almost life-size.
Two quality levels are offered. Standart Level is solid everyday quality for regular use. Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing.
Quick Questions
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Use a gentle cold cycle and air-dry it, and the moss greens and sky blues stay bright.
Does it slip on hard floors?
No, the rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate. The robot stays put even when a desk chair rolls across the edge.
Can I put it over carpet?
Yes, it lies flat over low-pile carpet. The ornate border keeps its clean circular outline there too.
Which size should I choose?
Pick 100 cm for a desk or bedside and 140 cm for a nook or kids' corner. Choose 160 cm or larger if you want the robot and his ring of crystals under a sofa table or chairs.
