Leon Castle Round Rug - Resident Evil Chair Mat

Leon stands at the center of this Resident Evil round rug, shearling collar up, with a moonlit castle rising behind him and a raven perched on either side. The artwork is laid out for the circle: a navy-and-gold medallion in the middle, ringed by herbs, jackets, briefcases and crescent moons, then sealed by a chestnut border of ivy and blades. It reads like a page from an illuminated manuscript that happens to be about survival horror.

A circle softens the hard corners of a room. Slide it under a desk and it works as a chair mat that lets your seat glide over a printed scene instead of bare laminate; set it beside a bed or in front of an armchair and the medallion becomes a small, quiet focal point.

The Design: Castle Heraldry Medallion

Look closely and the palette is all antique: chestnut brown, deep midnight navy, tarnished gold filigree, parchment cream and a muted leaf green. Instead of a dramatic action pose, Leon is framed like a heraldic figure between two wrought-iron gates, castle spires pricking up against a pale moon and scattered stars. Around him, small cartouches repeat the things a fan remembers: the shearling-collared jacket, the briefcase, the green herb, the dark castle silhouette, a blade in its sheath. Every few inches there is something new to find. Collectors who want the full run can browse more Resident Evil rugs from the same series.

Leon on the Floor

The rug is cut in a true circle, with a soft plush low-pile surface that feels good underfoot and keeps the printed detail crisp. A non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors, so it stays exactly where you put it. When it needs a refresh, it is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle, then air-dry. The dye-sublimation print sets the colors into the fibers, which is why the gold filigree stays sharp instead of sitting on top of the surface. As a gaming room rug it anchors the desk setup, and a matching Resident Evil mouse pad finishes the look on the desk itself.

Sizes & Rug Level

Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5″) to 180 cm (70.9″), in steps of 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm. The 80 and 100 cm sizes fit under a desk chair or beside a bed, and they also work as an accent rug near the door. Choose 120 or 140 cm for a reading nook or game corner. At 160 to 180 cm it becomes a round area rug that anchors a seating area, with the castle medallion sitting dead center. Two levels are offered: Standart Level is solid everyday quality, while Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing.

Quick Questions

Is it machine washable?

Yes. Use a gentle cold cycle and air-dry it, and the navy and gold stay put because the print is set into the fibers.

Does it slip on hard floors?

No. The rubber backing grips tile, laminate and hardwood, so Leon stays in place even under a busy desk chair.

Can I put it over carpet?

You can. It lies flat over low-pile carpet, which suits a desk zone in a carpeted bedroom.

Which size should I choose?

Go with 100 cm for a desk or bedside, and 160 cm or more for a seating area. The medallion reads best when the whole circle is visible, so leave a little bare floor around it.
