The face of the pad is micro-woven polyester cloth with a fine, even texture for optical and laser mice. A 3 mm natural rubber base keeps it planted, and the edges are precision-stitched so the black border stays neat. Even the faint monogram is reproduced through an HD print that resists fading.
Black surfaces show dust, so a quick wipe with a damp cloth keeps the pattern crisp. When a full clean is due, wash it on a gentle setting in cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent, then lay it flat and allow it to air dry completely. Bleach would mark the black, the dryer can warp it, and an iron should never touch the silver logo.
