My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

In Detail
Product Description
Golden eyes burn through a raging thunderstorm on this Luxray mouse pad, where the Gleam Eyes Pokémon stalks low with its blue-black fur bristling and electricity crackling off its whole body. Seen across a Luxray desk mat, forked lightning splits the dark sky, yellow current arcs over the shattered ground beneath its paws, and the star-tipped tail flicks behind.
Storm grey, deep blue and electric yellow give this one a sharp, high-contrast look. Electric-type fans, Sinnoh loyalists who raised a Shinx all the way up, and anyone who wants a darker, moodier desk will feel the pull.
Storm Prowl: a Luxray mouse pad with real tension
Luxray is known for eyes that can see through walls, and fans have long treated it as one of the coolest cat-like Pokémon around. Plenty of art shows it standing tall and regal; this version crouches like a hunter mid-prowl. Lightning is layered at different depths, some far up in the clouds and some striking right at its feet, so the whole frame feels charged. On this Luxray mouse pad, your gaze goes straight to those glowing eyes and then follows the bolts outward.
Find the right Luxray desk mat size
- S (11.8″ × 15.7″): a focused patch of storm for mouse movement only.
- L (11.8″ × 31.5″): a long, shallow strip that suits compact keyboards.
- XL (15.7″ × 35.4″): balanced room for a full board and wide mouse sweeps.
- L Chair Mat (47.2″ × 70.9″): a big floor cover for rolling chairs on hard surfaces.
Build quality and cleaning
A micro-woven polyester cloth face lets optical and laser sensors track cleanly from edge to edge. Below it, the 3 mm natural rubber base anchors your Luxray desk mat to the table, and precision-stitched edges hold firm against fraying. Thanks to the HD print, the yellow lightning keeps its punch instead of fading.
For a quick fix, a damp cloth takes care of most spots. Deeper cleaning means a gentle machine wash in cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent, followed by air drying with the mat spread flat. Stay away from bleach and the dryer, and never run an iron across the print. Production begins after checkout and takes 1–3 business days, with standard delivery adding 2–5 business days.
Charge up the rest of your space with more Pokémon mouse pads, check out other anime desk mats, or add a bolt of color underfoot with Pokémon rugs.
