My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!

Product Description
The Hoenn Region's Beloved Starter
Start your journey right with the adorable Water-type Pokémon that captured hearts across the Hoenn region. This rug features Mudkip in a cheerful, alert pose, ready to evolve into a powerhouse or just keep you company while you game. Known for its fin on its head and the orange gills on its cheeks, Mudkip is a symbol of potential and loyalty. Whether you are a veteran Trainer who chose the Water path in Sapphire or simply a fan of "the very best," this design brings a wave of nostalgia and cuteness to your floor. Catch more favorites in our Pokemon rugs collection.
A Splash of Traditional Charm
This design beautifully integrates the playful nature of Mudkip with the sophistication of traditional rug artistry. The color palette is a refreshing mix of oceanic blues, teals, and vibrant oranges, mirroring Mudkip’s own colors. The intricate background features swirling water currents and aquatic flora, creating a dynamic sense of movement. If you inspect the ornate border, you will notice stylized orange motifs that echo the shape of Mudkip’s cheek gills/fins, blending character traits seamlessly into the classic floral scrollwork. It feels both fun and elegant, and its soft ocean blues make it one of the most soothing of our anime rugs.
Durable Waters for Your Setup
Mudkip might be small, but this rug is built tough. Engineered as a high-quality chair mat, it provides a protective layer for your floor against the constant rolling of gaming chairs. It is one of our most practical designs, with a washable low pile that is easy to clean and allows wheels to glide without resistance. The anti-slip backing ensures the rug stays anchored, providing a stable foundation for your desk setup. Produced with "Eco-Friendly Printing," it’s a sustainable way to show your love for this classic starter. Let Mudkip splash onto your desk too with our Pokemon mouse pads, keeping the Hoenn blues consistent from floor to keyboard.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are the orange shapes in the border related to Mudkip? A: Yes, the border design incorporates stylized orange shapes that mimic Mudkip's iconic cheek gills, tying the character into the traditional pattern.
Q: Is the blue color vibrant? A: Absolutely. We use "High-Resolution Print" technology to ensure the various shades of blue and teal are rich, saturated, and true to the aquatic theme.
Q: Can I use this on a carpeted floor? A: While it works best on hard surfaces for smooth rolling, the anti-slip backing helps it stay in place on low-pile carpets as well.
