My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

In Detail
Product Description
Floating on its back with cheek fins spread and a sleepy smile, Mudkip drifts across a soft blue pond on this Mudkip pond mouse pad while fish and tadpoles glide beneath the ripples. Cattails, lily pads, frogs, dragonflies, a fishing net, rowboats and a rubber duck ring the water, turning the Mudkip pond desk mat into a calm little storybook scene.
Minimalist desks, study corners and slow evening gaming sessions all suit this Mudkip pond desk mat, and the pale blue and mint palette pairs nicely with cool white lighting.
Why this Mudkip pond desk mat feels so restful
Mudkip is the Water-type starter of the Hoenn region, and although it looks tiny, its Pokédex entries credit it with enough strength to heft large boulders. Here, though, it is pure relaxation. White ripple spirals radiate out from the floating starter, fish in blue, green and cream weave below, and countryside details fill the border. Trainers who picked Mudkip first will recognize the easygoing charm right away.
Mudkip pond mouse pad sizes
- S (11.8″ × 15.7″): mouse only, with the floating starter as the centerpiece.
- TCG Mat (14″ × 24″): doubles as a Mudkip playmat for card battles.
- XL (15.7″ × 35.4″): keyboard, mouse and the full pond in one view.
- XXXXL (23.6″ × 47.2″): the biggest desk size, with water from edge to edge.
Gentle build, gentle care
Micro-woven polyester cloth gives the pond a fine, even weave that suits optical and laser mice and lets them glide freely. Underneath, 3 mm of natural rubber holds the pond in place on your desk. Every edge gets precision stitching against fraying, and the fade-resistant HD print protects those soft pastels.
Daily dust settles on any pond, and a damp cloth sweeps it away. Should the water need a real rinse, a gentle machine cycle at cold or lukewarm with mild detergent is fine, and drying works best with the mat laid flat in open air, as still as the pond itself. Bleach, the dryer and the iron can all stay in the cupboard. Made to order, your Mudkip pond mouse pad takes 1–3 business days to produce and 2–5 business days to arrive.
Hoenn fans can find more water starters in our Pokémon mouse pad collection, browse relaxing anime desk mats, or add Pokémon rugs that echo the pond.
