What it's made of and how to clean it
The top layer is micro-woven polyester cloth, which gives optical and laser sensors a smooth, even track to read. Beneath it sits 3 mm of natural rubber that grips the desk instead of drifting, and precision stitching wraps every edge so the border doesn't unravel. An HD fade-resistant print stops the reds and tans from dulling with daily use.
Deal with small marks using a damp cloth before they settle in. When the whole pad needs refreshing, run it through a gentle machine cycle in cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent, and lay it out flat to air dry. Leave out bleach and the dryer, and never press an iron onto the printed face. Production starts once you order and runs 1–3 business days, then shipping takes 2–5 business days.
