My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!

In Detail
Product Description
Awaken the Eight-Headed Beast
Bring the ultimate boss battle to your gaming room. This design depicts the terrifying Yamata no Orochi, the legendary eight-headed serpent from Japanese mythology and the Okami lore. Surrounded by swirling dark clouds and the famous sake barrels used to intoxicate the beast, this rug captures the tension and scale of one of gaming's most memorable encounters. It is an essential centerpiece for fans who want to add a darker, more intense edge to their collection of Okami rugs.
Dark Sumi-e Aesthetics
While Amaterasu brings light, Orochi brings a captivating darkness. The artwork features rich purples, stormy greys, and fiery accents, rendered in a high-fidelity print that mimics traditional ink wash painting. The intricate details of the samurai helmets on each head and the central roaring maw are sharp and vivid. This isn't just a rug; it's a piece of accent floor rugs that tells a story of ancient curses and heroic battles, perfect for setting a serious tone in your space.
Conquer Your Gaming Realm
Built for those who grind through the toughest levels, this mat offers superior stability. The non-slip rubber backing ensures the rug stays grounded, just like Susano's resolve, preventing it from sliding during intense gameplay. The surface is smooth and durable, protecting your floor from scuffs while providing a reliable zone for your chair to move. It is a premium choice among video game carpets, designed to withstand the wear and tear of daily quests.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will the dark colors of the storm clouds make my room look too gloomy? A: Not at all. The design uses high-contrast golds, reds, and purples against the dark background to create a striking, sophisticated look that adds depth to your setup without overwhelming it.
Q: What is the significance of the barrels in the design? A: The barrels represent the "8 Purification Sake" used in the game (and mythology) to get Orochi drunk before the battle. It's a key detail that true fans will instantly recognize!
Q: Is the surface smooth enough for mouse movement if I use it on a desk? A: While designed primarily as a floor mat for chairs, the texture is smooth and consistent. However, it is optimized for footwear and chair wheels rather than high-DPI mouse tracking.
