My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our custom area rugs.
Not at all! Both our Standard and Premium rugs feature anti-slip backing that grips securely on any surface. The Standard has faux leather backing, while the Premium uses natural cotton—both designed to stay put on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet.
Yes! Our rugs are hand-washable with cold water and mild detergent. For best results, gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small messes. Air dry flat—avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality and backing integrity.
Nope! We use advanced HD sublimation printing technology that bonds the ink directly into the fibers. Your design stays vibrant and won't crack, peel, or fade with regular use. It's also UV-resistant to handle everyday light exposure.
Great news—our rugs work beautifully on virtually any floor type! Hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, concrete, even low-pile carpet. The non-slip backing keeps everything secure without scratching or damaging your floors.
The main difference is in the surface texture. Standard Level features a shiny velvet fabric on top—smooth, lustrous, and perfect for showcasing vibrant prints. Premium Level has a soft plush surface that feels incredibly cozy underfoot. Both have the same quality backing and durability, it's all about your texture preference!
We ship worldwide! Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days and delivered in 5-12 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your rug's journey.
In Detail
Product Description
A young woman glances over her shoulder out of pure black in this vintage round rug, a blue turban on her head and a single pearl glowing at her ear. The artwork is laid out for the circle: the portrait fills the center and a ring of cobalt tulip tiles frames it like the rim of a plate.
Round suits a portrait like this. It softens the corners of a study, sits neatly under a desk chair and gives a reading chair its own small island of calm. Nothing about it feels like a poster dropped on the floor.
The Design: Portrait on a Plate
Think of a Dutch Golden Age painting set inside a Delft blue dinner plate. The center keeps the famous palette of the original: an ultramarine headscarf, a trailing yellow-ochre cloth, a mustard jacket and a crisp white collar, all glowing against a deep black background. Around it runs a band of white tiles, alternating cobalt tulips and eight-petal blossoms, closed by a thin gold line at the edge. The mood is quiet and a little mysterious. Where many designs in the catalog spread color all the way to the rim, this one keeps its drama in the dark middle and lets the blue-and-white ring do the decorating. As a circle rug it gives the portrait the same kind of frame a plate gives a painting. More pieces in this spirit live among our abstract and modern rugs.
Pearl Earring on the Floor
The surface is a soft plush low-pile that feels good underfoot and keeps the black field deep and even. A non-slip rubber backing grips hard floors, so the circle stays put under a rolling chair and under bare feet. The print is dye-sublimation, which sets the colors into the fibers, so the cobalt blues and the warm ochres stay crisp wash after wash. Care is easy: this rug is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle, then air-dried. Used as a round area rug, the larger sizes anchor a reading chair and a floor lamp, while the smaller ones work as an accent rug beside a bed or a desk. Home offices, studies and hallways are where it looks most at home.
Sizes & Rug Level
Six diameters are available, from 80 cm (31.5″) up to 180 cm (70.9″): 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 cm. The 80 and 100 cm sizes suit the floor under a desk chair or the space beside a bed, where the face stays close to eye level. Choose 120 or 140 cm for a reading nook or a small gallery corner. At 160 to 180 cm the portrait becomes the center of a seating area, and the tile border reaches nearly to the sofa legs. Two quality levels are offered. Standart Level is solid everyday quality. Premium Level adds a thicker, plusher pile and a more durable backing for busy rooms.
Quick Questions
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Wash it on a gentle cold cycle and let it air-dry, and the dark center and blue tiles keep their depth.
Does it slip on hard floors?
No. The rubber backing grips wood, tile and laminate, so the portrait stays centered even under a desk chair that moves all day.
Can I put it over carpet?
Yes. The low pile lies flat over low-pile carpet, and the black field and tile ring keep their clean edge.
Which size should I choose?
Pick 80 to 100 cm for a desk or bedside, 120 to 140 cm for a reading nook, and 160 to 180 cm if the portrait should anchor a seating area.
