A round-bellied penguin in a frosted blue scarf hugs a three-scoop ice cream cone at the center of this kawaii anime round rug. The artwork is laid out for the circle, with every ring of snowflakes, mittens and iceberg peaks tracing the curve outward from the little guy in the middle.
