My son is obsessed with Yu-gi-oh, and so we were both excited to find this rug - which isn't too over-the-top, but more of a subtle nod to his interests. The rug itself feels great. Very happy with the product!

In Detail
Product Description
Pikachu wears its trademark detective hat on this Detective Pikachu mouse pad, its fur painted in lifelike detail against a fiery, dramatic backdrop. Cracked earth glows golden orange beneath smoky skies, and that warm blaze makes the bright yellow coat pop across the whole Detective Pikachu desk mat, cute and brave in the same frame.
It speaks to fans who loved the sleuthing Pikachu from the game and the live-action film, and to gamers who want a cinematic centerpiece instead of a flat cartoon. Oranges and golds glow under warm lighting and look great with a black keyboard.
The case behind this Detective Pikachu mouse pad
The detective version of Pikachu gave fans something new: a gravelly-voiced, coffee-loving investigator in a deerstalker-style cap who solves mysteries alongside a human partner. It showed that the most recognizable Pokémon could carry a story full of humor and heart, not just cheerful battle cries. This artwork leans into the cinematic side of that idea. The realistic fur texture, the burning landscape and the hat together make Pikachu look like the hero of its own movie poster. It is a reminder of courage and curiosity, wrapped in the friendly face fans have known since childhood.
Which Detective Pikachu desk mat size to get
- S, 11.8″ × 15.7″: the investigator in close-up, for a mouse-only spot.
- M, 11.8″ × 27.6″: a narrow strip for a smaller keyboard and mouse.
- XL, 15.7″ × 35.4″: the classic gamer layout with room to spare.
- S, M or L chair mat: a dramatic floor piece that protects hard flooring from chair casters.
Gear details
The top is micro-woven polyester cloth tuned for steady control with optical and laser mice alike. Natural rubber 3 mm thick sits beneath to keep the mat locked in place during quick flicks, edges get precision stitching that resists fraying, and the HD print is fade-resistant so the golden glow stays rich.
A damp cloth handles the small clues your snacks leave behind. Bigger messes? Run the Detective Pikachu mouse pad through a gentle cold or lukewarm machine cycle with mild detergent and lay it flat until it is fully air dried. Bleach, the dryer and the iron are not part of its routine. Each mat is made to order over 1–3 business days, and shipping then takes 2–5 business days.
