Ten hooded figures in white screaming masks stand in a ring on this Scary Ghostface MTG playmat, all of them looking straight down at you. Each one grips a knife. The point of view is from the floor, so it feels like you are the one lying in the middle of the circle.
Laid on the table, the black robes radiate outward like spokes on a wheel, separated by streaks of deep red. Masks cluster toward the center and pull the eye in. Wide red gaps between the figures give your cards clean background to sit on.
The Art: The Killer Circle
Gray and black watercolor washes are layered thickly to build each robe, with thin flecks of gold leaf running along the edges.
