A black dragon fills the sky on this Skyrim Wildfire MTG playmat, seen straight from below as it passes over a burning forest. Tall gray trunks lean in from every side. Behind the dragon, the smoke glows red, orange and pink where the fire has caught.
The mat reads like a view from the forest floor, which makes the dragon feel huge. On the table, its wings stretch almost edge to edge across the upper half. Gray and black dominate the corners, while the warm fire color sits in the center behind it.
The Art: Fire Through the Canopy
Loose, splashy watercolor builds the smoke and leaves, while the dragon is painted in dense, flat black for maximum contrast.
